Welcome to UMM Skincare! By purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be sent within 1 hour of ordering during business days to operations@ummskincare.com. Please include the name, email, and shipping address associated with the order.

If the cancellation request is received after 1 hour, we reserve the right to proceed with the order. However, we will do our best to accommodate requests if the order has not yet entered fulfillment.

2. Returns & Refunds

All purchases are final unless there is an issue with the product itself. We do not accept returns for personal preference, dissatisfaction, or refund requests unrelated to product quality.

If you receive a defective product that was missed during the 3PL process, please contact operations@ummskincare.com with a detailed description and supporting photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Funds will be released within 3-5 business days, or according to the customer's bank processing time.

This refund policy complies with consumer protection laws where applicable.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders placed before 12 PM EST will be shipped the same or next business day, except in cases of unforeseen circumstances.

• Orders placed on weekends will ship the next business day.

• Shipping times are based on estimates provided by the shipping carrier at checkout.

• Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped via ground service, unless otherwise determined by UMM Skincare.

4. International Orders – Taxes & Duties

Taxes and duties for international orders are calculated at checkout based on estimates provided by third-party systems. While we strive for accuracy, actual import duties, taxes, and fees may vary based on your country’s regulations. The customer is responsible for any outstanding taxes or duties required upon delivery. We are not liable for additional charges imposed by customs authorities.

All international orders may be subject to additional customs duties and taxes upon arrival. Any such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not refundable by UMM Skincare.

5. Payment & Billing

• All transactions are processed securely. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as listed at checkout.

• The customer is responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information.

• If a payment dispute or chargeback is filed, we reserve the right to contest the claim.

6. Liability & Disclaimers

• UMM Skincare is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or damages incurred during transit. Please contact the shipping provider for delivery issues.

• We make no guarantees regarding individual results from using our products. Please review product ingredients for potential allergens before purchasing.

• By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and agree that UMM Skincare is not liable for any allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or other adverse effects. It is the customer's responsibility to conduct a patch test prior to full use.

• All UMM Skincare products, with the exception of the Ayurvedic Skin Health & Wellness Tea, are for external use only and should not be consumed. Use caution when applying products to the face, avoiding the area around the eyes and mouth.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, UMM Skincare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

7. Force Majeure

UMM Skincare shall not be responsible for delays or failures in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions, labor strikes, or transportation failures.
